SGA are pleased to suggest an Art of the Month competition to start at the beginning of October.
The competition will be limited to the Friday Club meeting attendees at Bemerton, who can prepare and finish an art submission, in any medium and choice of subject, before the end of the last Friday of each month.
Photos will be taken of the entries to be submitted at any of the Friday Club meetings when completed.
The entries will be listed and numbered, rather than names of each artist added, and a narrative can be added for explanation purposes if required.
The entries will be sent to the adjudicators for consideration of best Art of the Month.
The adjudicators will be the committee members, who will give their votes and advise if there is a clear winner.
A small prize for the winner in the form of a voucher from an art supplier will be announced as soon as practical.
