A visit to the Breamore Estate
Sunday, April 19th

A perfect time to visit Breamore is a sunny afternoon, with brilliant sap green shoots bursting from trees, an abundance of bird song, and the crowning glory, spread across the woodland floor, of bluebells with their
unique blue petals. (So difficult to find the right colour mix).

It was not surprising that so many people were heading for the ever popular bluebell woods to stand amazed at nature’s spectacular display. One of our members joined them and produced a painted sketch whilst sitting amongst the lovely flowers. Some of us did not venture so far and concentrated on our chosen subjects until the air cooled and we headed for the ever popular tea room (carrot cake is recommended!)
