Still Life Beyond the Window (collage), with Jacqui Mair
Jacqui’s workshop last Saturday was a great success.She arrived with loads of materials for making the collages plus glue, scissors etc which we laid out on several tables for everyone to help themselves.
Jacqui started by showing some slides of collages by various artists and talked us through the best way to proceed with the work. She then spent the rest of the day going round helping everyone with useful ideas on how to approach the subject they had chosen and advising us on how to proceed.
She was charming and friendly throughout and very easy to get on with.
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the day and learnt a lot about how to create an effective collage.
